A sliver of history hidden in an 1894 brownstone on a Hell’s Kitchen street, the Hourglass Bistro (formerly known as the Hourglass Tavern and as the Hourglass Cafe) originally opened in 1983.
Over the decades, our cozy locale has fed many locals, theater-goers and international guests. Now offering a seasonal modern American menu, we are excited to welcome back Broadway, the Times Square community and the travelers that have become family.
